Case Study 1: Driving Early Engagement, Retention, & Viral Growth

Effort Duration: 2 months

Goal: Address suboptimal usage and retention metrics post-launch by improving product-market fit and fostering viral growth (K-factor).

Context: The High-Value Actions (HVA) work was a key part of our product-led growth strategy, aimed at identifying the most impactful user behaviors to drive growth. We conducted a series of micro-experiments to test and refine these actions, ensuring they aligned with user needs. By thoroughly analyzing interaction data and directly engaging with users through surveys and conversations, we gained valuable insights into how to optimize the user experience. This iterative process allowed us to focus on the right features and enhancements, ultimately fostering greater user adoption and driving sustainable growth.

I’m biased, but I highly recommend downloading our Rev Mobile App to record conversations on the go. It is extremely handy for everyday life. I specifically use it every time I’m talking to an expert in a field I’m not familiar with so I have notes I can look back on and recall.
